We offer a range of life, pension, investment and general insurance products such as home, car, travel and commercial insurance. Our products are marketed through our community banks, independent financial advisers and our direct sales team.

The life, pension and investments business is the largest and most trusted provider of these products in the UK, with six million customers. We have also been Britain's most popular home insurance provider over the past 10 years, with our Lloyds TSB brand.

Our business aims to protect what our customer's value, prepare for a prosperous future and help our customers get their lives back on track when things go wrong.

We have a great opportunity to execute our strategy for growth whilst delivering outstanding investment performance and excellent service for all our clients and investors.

Wealth & International

Our Wealth businesses are made up of two distinct areas serving our wealthy customer segments in the UK and abroad. UK Wealth provides private banking and wealth management solutions to affluent, high next worth and ultra high net worth individuals in the UK. We work closely with partners across the Group to grow our wealth business.

Our International Wealth business caters for affluent and wealthy customers outside of the UK. Growing International Wealth is one of the Group's strategic priorities. An increase in market share of just 1% would result in a significant uplift in profits and assets under management.

Wholesale

Our aim is to become the UK's leading, through-the-cycle wholesale bank. Our customers look to our expertise to help them grow, consolidate or perhaps simply survive in tough economic conditions.

It is the way we go about our business that differentiates us. Our strength is in the relationships we build with our customers, becoming trusted advisors and taking advantage of the wide range of products and services we offer.

With our prudent risk principles and proven track record in managing market and credit risk we ensure that our business continues to succeed and play our part in supporting the economy.
